Shendra-Bidkin Industrial Area (SBIA) under DMIC in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar is a Greenfield smart industrial city with world-class infrastructure and plug-and-play facilities. Strategically located near Aurangabad Airport and well-connected to the Golden Quadrilateral, it targets sectors like EVs, automotive, aerospace, and electronics, etc. Phase 1 (Shendra) is almost sold out; Bidkin is selling out fast. AURIC has the potential to attract ₹67,815 crore in investments, generating over 55,000 jobs. The likes of Toyota Kirloskar Motors, JSW Green Mobility, Lubrizol and Ather Energy have invested more than INR 56,200 crore positioning SBIA as a key EV and manufacturing hub.
